特点：本机是把LS-5高速铆合机、ZD-5高速装垫机和YX-JC-6型全自动检测机经优化设计，有机连接而成。其工作流程是：原料盖经铆合机铆合后，由过渡转盘运送到装垫机，在过渡转盘上进行一次自动检测，剔除变形、有料圈或者铆点不好的残次品，好的铝塑盖装+--垫后再经过渡转盘运送到检测机上，进行再次全面检测，剔除缺损、空盖、铝屑、油污盖、色差盖、商标混淆盖等，合格盖可计数并自动分箱。整机实现同步运转、集中控制，直径20mm及以下瓶盖产量每小时4万2千只以上，单人即可操作。
因瓶盖整个铆合、装垫、检测过程只经过一次振动盘理料，所以减少磨损、减少铝屑产生，同时提高正品率，三道工序集中完成，也极大的节约空间、能源和人工。

Technical Features:
This machine adopts our newest technology and is specially design oral liquid vial cap production, makes all process like assembling, rubber inserting and counting uninterrupted. Which helps to decrease secondary pollution, guarantee product quality. The separated plastic & aluminum parts go through auto hopper, run into assembly machine to make flip o+- caps. After inspected at first automatic inspection station, defective flip off caps will be rejected automatically, qualified flip off caps will go to rubber inserting station, when inserting finished, Inserted caps will go to secondary inspection station, defected inserting caps will be rejected automatically, qualified inserted caps will be counted and go to packaging containers. This machine makes material feeding, & assembling, & inspection & counting fully automatic. Minimum Production capacity is 42,000pcs/hr.
